Pilots who want to train with us in their own aircraft must arrange to have Sean Walsh/Motion Simulations listed as an additional insured, and Sean Walsh added as a named pilot on their policy. Additionally we require a waiver of subrogation and a signed Hold Harmless Agreement prior to being able to provide instruction in your airplane. 

This protects all the parties in the transaction and is a common practice. When speaking to a representative of a national brokerage I asked how often they receive these requests from their insured. "All day every day" was her response.
